While some guests felt that it didn't live up to expectations based on web site pictures, there were plenty who found it to be a wonderful place to stay. Overall, the vibe is pleasant and the level of service is very good. Guests who stayed during the week found their experience to be superb. However, there were a few who felt that the hotel didn't quite achieve a 4-star rating with regards to the room and the lack of a "Wohlfühlatmosphere". Despite this, a wonderful short stay is still possible at Fermain Valley Hotel - just don't expect the ambience of a true 4-star hotel.
