Hotel Parras Arnedillo is highly praised for its superb location, which offers convenient access to local attractions such as the renowned outdoor hydrothermal pools. Guests appreciate the tranquil setting, clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly service from the staff, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and exploration. The availability of practical amenities like free private parking adds to the convenience for longer stays.
The hotel's breakfast service is another highlight, offering a buffet-style spread that impresses guests with its quality and variety, including options for those with dietary restrictions. Despite some comments on the timing and service speed, the breakfast is generally seen as plentiful and a good value. The dinner experience, offering an array of traditional and homemade dishes, is met with high praise for its deliciousness and value, enhancing the hotel's dining appeal.
While the rooms present a mix of experiences, with some showing signs of age, they maintain consistent cleanliness and comfort. Guests enjoy the cozy ambiance, particularly rooms with terraces offering mountain views. Though there are minor concerns about noise levels and some odors, these are offset by the hotel's warm service and budget-friendly approach.
Cleanliness of the hotel garners mixed feedback; while many find the rooms and amenities impeccably clean, some suggest improvements in common areas. Despite this, the attentive and polite service from the staff is consistently highlighted, with a family-like atmosphere fostered by welcoming staff members who offer personal greetings and genuine friendliness.
Overall, Hotel Parras Arnedillo provides a charming and hospitable experience, praised for its excellent location, delightful dining options, and a warm atmosphere largely created by its exceptional staff.
