The location, service and convenience are outstanding! The hotel is truly worthy of a five-star rating with everything being equal to a 5-star hotel. However, some guests experienced some small disattentions and felt that a hotel of this category should have provided more amenities. For example, for an expensive 5-star hotel, guests were surprised by the lack of facilities to dry swimwear in the pool area and a small spin dryer would have been appreciated. Despite that, guests have given high marks for the hotel's location, service and overall experience.
