The Hilton BNA Nashville Airport Terminal is highly regarded for its strategic location, providing guests with exceptional proximity to Nashville's airport. Travelers frequently commend the hotel's convenience, especially for early departures and layovers, as it offers seamless access just steps away from the terminal. While navigating the hotel may pose initial challenges for some unfamiliar with the airport layout, its prime location makes it a standout choice for visitors prioritizing ease of travel.
The accommodations at Hilton BNA are consistently praised for their modern design and cleanliness, contributing to a comfortable and tranquil stay. Guests appreciate the spacious and bright rooms, highlighting their cleanliness and quietness despite the hotel's airport proximity. The powerful showers and quality toiletries enhance the bathroom experience, although a broader breakfast selection would be welcomed by some. Cleanliness is a hallmark of the Hilton BNA, with guests frequently describing the hotel as clean, well-maintained, and modern—comparable to a five-star establishment. The atmosphere is bright and inviting, complemented by friendly staff who contribute to a welcoming environment. While occasionally guests have experienced less ideal interactions due to staff busyness, the management is proactive in addressing any dissatisfaction, reinforcing their commitment to guest satisfaction.

Days Inn by Wyndham Airport Nashville East provides a welcoming environment for guests traveling with dogs. The establishment accepts dogs, making it a pet-friendly option for those looking to stay with their furry companions. The willingness of the staff to assist a woman and her dog indicates a helpful attitude toward pet owners, adding to the sense of accommodation.
Despite the clear positives, guests should be aware of a couple of limitations and issues. There are rules regarding dogs in rooms and a pet fee is required, which is essential information for travelers on a budget. Additionally, one notable concern mentioned was stepping on dog waste in a room, suggesting that housekeeping could be more diligent in ensuring cleanliness when dogs are involved.
Nonetheless, for those seeking a dog-friendly hotel in the Nashville East area, Days Inn by Wyndham demonstrates a generally positive approach towards accommodating pets with staff making efforts to meet the needs of guests traveling with their dogs.
