Although Hotel Punta advertises itself as a four-star hotel with prices around £250 per night, some guests have expressed their disappointment with its overall quality. Some reviewers believe that the hotel's services and facilities are not worthy of a four-star rating and the lack of essential amenities such as a kettle in the room does not reflect the proclaimed rating. However, there are still positive remarks from guests regarding the hotel's staff and general feel. Overall, while it might not live up to the expectation for some guests, Hotel Punta offers a satisfactory experience for those who are not bothered by the shortcomings of its four-star amenities.

Aeolos Hotel is a good hotel with good potential for the structure. Although some guests felt it was more like a clean 3-star hotel and expected more from a four-star hotel, the overall experience was exceptional. One reviewer noted that the breakfast should be served before 8am in accordance with a 4-star rating. However, the hotel lacked a luggage service which was disappointing to some guests resulting in carrying their own bags up and down the stairs. Despite this, the hotel was overall considered a smart choice for a vacation as it was a reasonable value for the money spent.
