The hotel itself is decorated to a very high standard with exquisite furnishings that make it look like a first class hotel. Walking around the hotel, you'll notice the beautiful decor and professional staff that make all guests feel immediately at home. The lovely pool, along with the other facilities, makes the stay all the more luxurious. However, we should mention that some guests felt that the hotel wasn't remotely equivalent in terms of quality/value to other hotels for a similar fee and expected more from a four-star hotel. But overall, The Carlyon Bay Hotel and Spa is truly a very smart hotel with beautiful decor.
