The hotel is also conveniently situated for anyone who wants to explore the west part of the island with Chania just a 15-minute drive away. Marine Claire has modern and comfortable rooms, some of which have a balcony and sea view. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool and the beach right behind it is uncrowded even during high season. Marine Claire is a great base for exploring some of the best beaches on the island, such as Elafonisi, which is only 90 minutes away by car. The hotel is also well placed for visiting historic cities like Chania and Rethymno, which are both within easy reach. With supermarkets and a wide range of restaurants on its doorstep, Marine Claire is the perfect destination for a summer holiday and because it is situated in a quiet area away from the tourist hotspots, guests can relax and enjoy a peaceful stay.
