The Quay Hotel and Spa boasts a good-sized swimming pool that guests can enjoy at no extra cost, along with other facilities such as a steam room and sauna. However, some guests noted that the hydrotherapy pool was not as expected, as it was not a hot tub. While some guests found the pool a bit too cold for their liking, others found it to be the perfect spot for relaxation. Unfortunately, insufficient seating and a lack of loungers made the pool area less comfortable than it could be. Additionally, some guests were disappointed to find that family swim times were limited. Nevertheless, many guests enjoyed the location and beautiful views of the Castle and appreciated the easy access to the pool through the spa side. Overall, the pool and sauna facilities, while not perfect, were a highlight for many guests who stayed at the hotel.
