The pool at Wyndham Garden Kenosha Harborside receives a mixed response from guests, with a strong lean towards positive experiences, especially for families with children. Many guests highlight the pool's warmth, making it a favored spot for those who enjoy a cozy swim, although some find it less refreshing. The inclusion of a hot tub complements the pool well, making it an attractive feature. The shallow depth of 3 feet is perfect for younger children, ensuring a playful and safe environment for them.
Despite these benefits, there are notable concerns about the maintenance of the pool area. Issues such as a lack of clean towels, occasional water cleanliness, and operational problems with the hot tub detract from the overall experience. There's also feedback regarding the chlorination levels, which have caused discomfort and discoloration of swimwear for some guests. Nonetheless, for families or those who prefer a warmer pool, it serves as a pleasant retreat, although improvements in maintenance would enhance the guest experience.
