The pool at Grand Hotel Tiziano E Dei Congressi features prominently in guest reviews and there is a mix of positive and critical feedback. The pool is described as clean, spacious and well-maintained with many praising its pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, luxurious feel and beautiful surrounding areas with palm trees and flowers. Bar service is also available by the pool, adding to the overall pleasant experience.
Many guests appreciate the swimming pool's size and cleanliness while highlighting that it is a wonderful place for both adults and children with a separate children’s pool area available. The availability of sun loungers around the pool and attentive poolside staff further enhance the guests' relaxation experience. Additionally, flavored water offered by the pool and the opportunity to have lunch in the pool courtyard are mentioned positively.
However, some reviews point out areas needing improvement, such as occasional pigeon droppings and cigarette butts in the pool area, insufficient sun loungers leading to overcrowdedness and the outdated state of some facilities. There are also frequent mentions of the pool's restricted hours and the enforced use of swimming caps, which some guests find inconvenient. Lastly, during certain periods, the pool being under renovation or closed for repairs has been a significant inconvenience for guests.
Overall, while the Grand Hotel Tiziano E Dei Congressi's pool is generally well-regarded and a highlight for many, consistent maintenance and addressing certain operational issues could enhance the experience further.
