For instance, one guest found their room located next to the pool, making it difficult to enjoy some privacy as there were no net curtains provided. Additionally, some guests mentioned that the pool lacked sufficient umbrellas and daybeds to accommodate everyone and that the swimming pool service needs serious attention. Despite these criticisms, the hot spring pools have been completed and the hotel also has a solar-heated pool - although guests should note that this does mean that the water can be icy cold during June. Unfortunately, there is no pool service at all and some guests felt that the pool could use a refresh. Lastly, one staff member incorrectly assured a guest that the pool was heated, causing some confusion.
