Guests rave about the fantastic true five-star experience and exceptional facilities and services. Despite some minor issues with basic service, the hotel's overall quality is exceptional, superb and exquisito. The location, ambiance and service are tout and guests recommend the hotel without hesitation. The renovation is superbe and the staff's attentive and welcoming attitude makes guests feel like they're at home. Finally, the incredible breakfast is a true highlight of the stay. However, some guests were disappointed with the quality/price ratio, as they felt like the cost didn't quite match the experience, particularly when it came to certain special occasions like birthdays.
