Premier Alatau Hotel presents itself as a mixed bag when it comes to activities and amenities for children. Notably absent are dedicated family sections and children's game facilities, potentially making the stay less than ideal for families seeking privacy and child-friendly entertainment. Guests observed that additional costs were incurred for a second child's breakfast, despite staying with two children. A troubling incident involving cleaning staff stealing personal belongings was mentioned, alongside a general lack of regular room cleaning by the staff. Some rooms required updating and specific equipment, such as room fridges, was found inoperative during high temperatures.
While the hotel hosted animals on the premises, which could be a delight for children, it seems to be lacking other child-focused amenities or services. Overall, Premier Alatau Hotel may require substantial improvements in cleanliness, family-oriented features and transparency in pricing to better accommodate families.

Parking facilities are appreciated, adding convenience for guests with vehicles. Located within a residential complex, parking is easy, though some guests mentioned difficulties in locating the parking bay and the lack of clear signage.
