However, there are still plenty of positive reviews of the pool with many loving the indoor/outdoor connected pools and hot tubs. Kids especially enjoyed the pool with some crawling on the waterfall despite signage. The pool is large and has a swim-through tunnel to the outside part of the pool. The pool attendants could use some work with some guests reporting them being on their phones instead of maintaining the pool area. Unfortunately, some guests encountered dirty surroundings and broken amenities, such as the hot tub and carousel. However, there are still plenty of guests who found the pool area to be great and enjoyable. Some activities available in the area include mini-golf. Although some guest reviews reported a crowded pool, the cleaning staff did an excellent job of maintaining the cleanliness of the pool.
