Guests had to pre-book their sessions in the pool area and some were surprised that the swimming pool and gym only open from 12.30; it seems strange not to open these facilities in the morning. However, the staff in the restaurants and the swimming pool were superb according to some guests. Overall, guests enjoyed the water park more than the swimming pool and had fun in the pool whenever they were able to use it.
