Guests rave about the "tolles" (great) Schwimmbad, which includes an indoor pool, heated pool, whirlpool and outdoor pool (although this is only open in the summer). There are also "3 Schwimmbecken hatten verschiedene Temperaturen" (3 pools with varying temperatures) to choose from, so you can find the perfect spot to relax. Some guests commented that the water could be warmer, but this wasn't a major issue.
What's really great about the pool area is the direct access from the hotel rooms, which allows you to pop on your complimentary bathrobe and head down to the pool or sauna. Speaking of which, the sauna and wellness areas are also highly recommended with some guests describing them as "top" and "angenehm" (pleasant).
There are a few drawbacks to be aware of - the outdoor pool is only open for limited hours in the winter and some guests felt that there weren't enough loungers in the pool area. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall high quality of the pool area. Plus with free access to the hotel's own thermal bath, you can truly indulge in some relaxation time. And if you do venture out of the hotel, there's a "kostenloser Schwimm- und Saunabereich" (free swimming and sauna area) nearby, as well as a "Therme" (thermal spa) which guests describe as "wunderbar" (wonderful) and "hervorragend" (excellent). Oh and don't forget to fuel up with the "Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt" (great breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired) before hitting the pool!
