Three Points Musalli Makkah presents a mixed picture in terms of accessibility for guests with disabilities. Positively, the hotel is situated near shops and a nearby taxi stop, making it easy to access essential services and transport. The location is noted for its convenience and proximity to major roads, which contributes to its overall accessibility. Taxis are readily available and they provide an affordable and simple means to reach the Haram, costing around 10-15 Riyals during non-peak times. The availability of lift facilities and accessible areas enhances the overall ease of access within the hotel.
However, there are areas where accessibility could be significantly improved. The absence of a shuttle service to the Haram is frequently mentioned and guests suggest that the hotel should provide this service. The property's location requires a taxi or a long walk to reach the Haram and the footpaths are difficult to navigate, particularly for those with mobility issues. Additionally, there are no nearby parking lots, which poses a challenge for guests driving to the hotel. The elevators are reported to be very slow and there’s a lack of facilities such as ramps that would aid those with strollers or in wheelchairs. Lastly, the overall accessibility is sometimes hindered by crowded conditions and traffic, making it less ideal for those needing seamless transportation solutions.

Safeer almisk Hotel stands out for its convenient location close to the Haram, making it a popular choice among visitors seeking ease of access to the Holy Mosque, which is just a 10 to 20-minute walk away. Surrounded by bustling markets and shops, guests can easily fulfill shopping and dining needs, benefiting from the hotel’s central location and reasonable pricing. Additionally, a sporadic shuttle bus service is offered for those preferring not to walk.
Guests frequently acknowledge the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms, which are often seen as providing good value for money. However, the property shows signs of aging with numerous reviews highlighting outdated furniture, dim lighting and rooms in need of renovation. Cleanliness levels draw mixed reactions; while some guests describe the hotel as very clean, others cite issues such as dusty carpets, unpleasant smells and sightings of cockroaches. Bathrooms, often described as small and unclean, require significant improvement and better maintenance.
Interaction with the staff has been a mixed bag as well. Many guests found them friendly and helpful, particularly singling out employees like Taha Hussein for their exceptional service. Conversely, there are significant criticisms regarding rude and unprofessional behavior from some reception and managerial staff, suggesting a need for better customer service training.
Wi-Fi connectivity at the hotel is another area of concern for many guests with frequent reports of slow speeds, weak signals and unreliable internet access disrupting their stay. Bed quality also varies; while a few guests found them comfortable, many others pointed out issues such as uncomfortable beds, inadequate cleaning and poor-quality mattresses.
Despite these shortcomings, Safeer almisk Hotel offers good value for money and is considered adequately suitable for short stays. However, the general consensus suggests that the hotel’s three-star classification may be generous with many guests recommending rebranding it as a two-star establishment or lodge due to the lack of facilities and services typically expected in a three-star hotel.

Al Kiswah Towers Hotel offers guests a reasonably accessible stay with a few notable conveniences and some challenges. The hotel's shuttle bus service, running 24/7 every few minutes, is a significant advantage for guests, ensuring frequent and reliable transportation to the Haram. This service makes the hotel easily accessible and well-suited for those who rely on public transportation, including elders and pilgrims, although shuttles can get quite packed with passengers.
The hotel features many fast elevators that ease movement within the premises and contribute to convenient accessibility. Additionally, the location is near various commercial transportation options, making it easy to get taxis and access public transit.
However, the hotel's distance from the Haram, coupled with a steep path near the site, poses difficulties for elderly guests and those with limited mobility, especially when walking or using a wheelchair. The shuttle stop's distance from the mosque adds to the challenge, making it not the most advisable option for the elderly or families with children.
Despite these challenges, the hotel's reasonable pricing, clean and spacious rooms and good overall management receive positive feedback. The hotel's proximity to various stores and walking distance to different city areas also add to the convenience.
In summary, while Al Kiswah Towers Hotel provides substantial amenities and services like frequent shuttle buses and convenient on-site facilities, prospective guests with limited mobility should consider the accessibility challenges posed by the location and service logistics.
