Although children are allowed to use the pool, their access is limited after 6 PM. Families have reported that during the family swim session, some rude adults dangerously tried to swim lengths through non-swimming children. While some guests utilized the pool area first thing in the morning or after breakfast, others reported that the spa pool area was very busy and noisy. Unfortunately, some guests were dissatisfied with the quality of towels, as some were either dirty or old and discoloured. Despite these concerns, the pool, spa and gym facilities were generally praised for being clean and well-kept. The indoor swimming pool was overall nice, although some felt an outside pool would have been a great addition.
