Summarized by AI
The Best Western Eden SPA offers a well-regarded pool and spa experience that has received positive feedback from many guests. Visitors frequently mention that the pool is pleasant, clean and comfortable, providing a suitable environment for relaxation. The pool area itself has been described as top-notch and is complemented by accessible spa facilities including a sauna and steam bath.
Notably, the pool, although somewhat smaller in size, retains high standards of upkeep and cleanliness. Guests appreciate the pool as an affordable and accessible perk that significantly enhances their stay. Additionally, there are adequate lounge chairs available around the pool, making it a pleasant area to unwind.
However, there are several remarks regarding the pool's temperature with some guests finding it too cold for their preference. The heated pool does present issues occasionally, suggesting a need for more consistent water temperature management. Moreover, there are certain logistical challenges; access to the pool and spa often requires an additional fee, which some guests find inconvenient.
Overall, the combination of a pleasant spa and a clean, though sometimes chilly, pool area helps create an enjoyable experience. Despite minor drawbacks such as extra fees and occasional temperature issues, the pool and spa remain popular features contributing to a relaxing stay at Best Western Eden SPA.
