The pool facilities at Sandy Balls Holiday Village by Away Resorts offer a mixed experience. Positively, visitors have found the swimming pools to be of a good size, lovely and clean, contributing to an enjoyable stay. The hot tub is a frequently mentioned and appreciated amenity. Many guests enjoyed the swimming pools and found them easy to book. However, there are notable areas for improvement. The indoor pool's temperature is often cited as being too cold and its cleanliness and maintenance, particularly in the changing rooms, require more attention. The outdoor pool's availability is inconsistent with closures being a common issue. Some guests felt that both pools and their surrounding areas could benefit from updates and better care. Despite these drawbacks, the pool facilities generally provide a pleasant experience for families and add to the overall charm of the village.
