Even with its noteworthy view, the outdoor pool opened at a later time than the indoor one with some suggesting it was not accessible through the spa/pool area. But this didn't stop guests from enjoying a wonderful time at the pool which opened from 10 am daily. The temperature of the outdoor pool was just perfect and its location made it even more attractive with stunning views from the poolside bar and the breakfast room. Reviewers also commend the friendly and hardworking staff at the hotel. All in all, many guests had a fabulous time at The Imperial Torquay, while some even got to use both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
