Unfortunately, during our stay, the pool at Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza was closed for renovation. Despite being advertised online, it was not made clear that the pool was not in service. However, the hotel staff kindly informed us about the situation upon check-in. Although we were disappointed, we appreciated the honesty and transparency. Hopefully, the renovated pool will be worth the wait for future guests.
