Some guests describe the pool as freezing cold and in shocking condition with lumps of debris at the bottom; others found it clean, enjoyable and a bonus to their stay. Unfortunately, some guests were disappointed by the lack of functioning hot tub or sauna. The pool changing rooms were also noted to need a refurbishment.
