Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' categoryThe House Hotel, an Ascend Hotel Collection Member, is a great hotel with an ideal location in a central area. The staff is lovely, creating a pleasant atmosphere with exceptional service. Although it didn't feel like a 4-star hotel to some, the hotel provides comfortable rooms and is noteworthy for being queer friendly and vegan friendly. However, some guests experienced no hot water one morning and a few others were disappointed to find out that the bar facilities were not open during their stay. Also, some guests noted that they would have appreciated extra touches such as robes and a fridge. Nonetheless, guests had a great stay overall and would happily return on their next visit. The hotel is very good and the exemplary staff in all parts of the hotel make it a superb option.
