However, several guests noted that there were not enough umbrellas, there was a lack of shade and the pool area was getting tired and full of non-hotel guests. Some also found too many drunk adults. But, for the most part, guests found the pool inviting and relaxing with fantastic pool facilities and excellent customer service. The open spaces, customer service and the pool were an absolute highlight. Many also praised the staff that provided them with snorkels. The pool area, including the lovely lagoon and nice tropical pool and its facilities are truly amazing with so much to do and enjoy. While it would be nice if the pool was heated over winter, guests swam regardless of weather because both outdoor pools are heated to a high temperature.
