Nestled on the outskirts of Fremantle, 'Maand Up Fremantle' offers a charming escape with its standout feature: a beautiful swimming pool. The pool has been praised for its beauty and refreshing nature, making it a delightful retreat on hot days. Its infinity design adds an elegant touch, providing a picturesque ambiance for guests who relish the luxury of a pool just steps from their door. Despite some noting the pool's chilly temperature and occasional cleanliness issues, it remains a favorite spot for relaxation and enjoyment.
The accommodation's prime location, nestled close to bars, restaurants, and the famed Fremantle market, makes it convenient for guests looking to explore the local attractions. The combination of a serene yet central setting, coupled with the appealing mosaic-tiled pool, offers a unique experience. Even though access to the pool can sometimes be tricky and the water is unheated, the visual appeal and the enjoyment it provides remain significant highlights. Overall, the pool at this boutique hotel is frequently celebrated as a remarkable addition, adding value and pleasure to the stay.

Esplanade Hotel Fremantle - by Rydges offers a varied experience with its pool facilities, receiving mostly positive feedback from guests. The pool area is generally described as clean, nice and relaxing with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Guests appreciated the clean and well-maintained pool, complemented by good facilities and a relaxing setting.
The poolside area includes seating and a bar, though some reviewers mentioned that the bar closed too early. Overlooking balconies enhance the experience, offering picturesque views of the pool and surrounding frangipanis. The pools are especially noted for being great in the summer, providing a wonderful spot to relax and unwind. Families found the pool area very accommodating.
However, there are areas for improvement. Some guests mentioned that the pool can get overcrowded and there's a need for more towels. There were occasional complaints about maintenance issues, such as broken chairs, dated surroundings and a need for a thorough clean. Some felt that the pool water was too cold or that the pool area looked a bit tired and in need of a refurbishment.
Despite these minor drawbacks, the pool area remains a highlight for many guests, offering a pleasant and enjoyable experience that complements the hotel's great location and lovely rooms.

The pool at Gallery Serviced Apartments is a standout feature that many guests appreciate, particularly families with children who find it to be a source of enjoyment. Its proximity to accommodations, allowing direct access through gates from some rooms, enhances the convenience for guests. The pool is often described as pretty and amazing, with warmth being one of its appealing attributes during visits. While some reviews mention that the pool area needs maintenance and perhaps an upgrade, its existence is still considered an advantage, especially during the warmer months of the year in WA. Overlooking a lovely pool can enhance the overall experience, as can the presence of an excellent spa for added relaxation. Despite some facing preferences and the lack of heating, the pool remains a much-appreciated asset in a great location.
