Equinox Hotel New York's pool is a highlight for many guests who stay there. The outdoor pool is particularly beautiful, although it can get extremely busy with gym members making it difficult to find a spot to relax. The small indoor pool is located on the 24th floor of the hotel and also gets crowded, sometimes leaving no room to swim due to lane hogging. Unfortunately, a few guests had issues with the pool policy for hotel guests which they found to be restrictive. Despite these issues, many guests enjoyed the view from the pool and praised the pool's design. One guest even paid for a decorating service with petals and roses to add to the pool's ambiance, although they had to leave it in their previous room. However, some guests did mention issues with the service at the pool bar and experiencing a messy lunch on the floor. Overall, the pool is a great feature of Equinox Hotel New York and is well worth a visit for hotel guests.

Despite being closed for the season during some visits, guests are already planning their return visits to enjoy the heated outdoor pool. There are also complimentary sunbeds available and nice beds located right by the pool. However, some guests had negative experiences with complaints about poor service, complex booking procedures, limited time slots for pool access and the need to pay extra for pool-side seating or cabanas. Additionally, some guests felt that the pool was not easily accessible or had limited availability for hotel guests. Despite these mixed reviews, the pool area is generally described as beautiful, spacious and enjoyable with pool service getting good marks from some guests.

AI-generatedArlo Williamsburg features ART Williamsburg, a rooftop pool deck and bar. The hotel offers a 40-foot-long rooftop pool with views of Brooklyn and Manhattan.
Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
Arlo Williamsburg boasts a stunning rooftop pool with amazing Manhattan skyline views, where live DJs play on Sundays creating an electric atmosphere. The design and décor of the pool area are great and the pool facilities are excellent. You can even reserve pool timings, but be aware that on some occasions, non-guests use the pool creating a daily party atmosphere. There is also a smaller indoor pool and a lovely water tower. However, the management needs to work on maintaining the pool area as there were instances when the pool was shut or not open/filled with water. Additionally, some guests had difficulties accessing the rooftop pool as they had to make reservations first and there were age restrictions on when minors could use the pool. Despite these issues, Arlo Williamsburg's rooftop pool and bar have a great vibe making it the perfect spot for parties and special occasions.

Dream Downtown, by Hyatt boasts a rooftop heated pool with views of the city, perfect for a dip in the morning sun. However, it is important to note that the pool is primarily intended for non-hotel guests and can be accessed exclusively by children from 8-10am. Reserving a lounge chair can be quite costly and the pool closes at 6pm, so plan accordingly. Unfortunately, the pool bar, lounge and nightclub were closed during our stay, but PHD upstairs provided great entertainment. Complaints have been made about false advertising and poor quality, overpriced food. Parents with children should be aware that the pool area may not be accessible at certain times and is not suitable for teenagers. The staff can come off as rude to guests who do not have a reserved lounge chair. Although some reviews mention a dirty pool, many guests have enjoyed a refreshing swim surrounded by beautiful people. If you are set on taking a dip, plan ahead and manage your expectations.

The Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Hotel features an indoor swimming pool, a welcome amenity for many guests. The pool is heated, which means the water temperature is typically warm and comfortable, making it a pleasant spot for both relaxation and a quick swim. The pool area, described as nice, could benefit from some improvements; however, it offers a good space for kids and business guests, opening as early as 6am.
