ancien riad construit traditionnellement avec un mur d'enceinte occulte et un patio intérieur arboré sur lequel toutes les chambres donnent par une terrasse en balcon surplombant l'espace intérieur au centre duquel se trouve un bassin avec une belle fontaine ruisselle sont eau. La terrasse surplombe la médina avec un superbe point de vue sur la médina, la chaîne de l'Atlas et la Koutoubia.
