The pool areas and sunbeds are nice and guests enjoy the fact that they never feel overcrowded even when the hotel is fully booked. The fresh drinks and good food add to the overall experience, making it a true paradise and endroit de rêve. However, there are some negative comments regarding the service being chaotic and disorganized. The pool chairs and umbrellas are also insufficient, leading to a crowded beach area. Nonetheless, guests still appreciate the pool and beach atmosphere, especially the belles piscines with direct access to the beach and the schöne Poolanlage with two pools, one of which has a bar.
