Glory Beach Resort presents four-star facilities and services, offering amenities like a spa that could be compared to those found in five-star establishments. However, the resort appears to fall short in meeting family needs, as it lacks suitable family outing facilities and requires upgrades for a more comfortable family stay. While the hotel stay itself is satisfactory, there are areas in need of improvement such as room cooling, food quality and overall service to fully justify its four-star rating and price point.

Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category
Summarized by AI
Lexis Port Dickson receives mixed feedback regarding its four-star rating, facilities and services. While some guests find the hotel comfortably rated at four stars with amenities matching this level, many express dissatisfaction with the overall experience, noting that it does not live up to the expected standards of a four-star establishment.
Common criticisms focus on the outdated furniture and the need for room renovations and upgrades. Many guests highlight that the service quality does not meet the expectations of a hotel of this rating with some describing it as comparable to that of a lower-tier motel or homestay. The lighting is often mentioned as too dim and the general vibe of the place seems to lack the polish typically associated with a four-star hotel.
Despite some reasonable pricing, the consensus is that the hotel does not provide the value expected of a four-star resort. The sentiment among guests is that while the hotel has the potential to match its supposed rating, significant improvements in both facilities and services are necessary to meet higher standards consistently.
