UNA Hotels One Catania Wellness & SPA's pool garners mixed feedback from its guests. Many have described the pool as lovely, nice and pleasant, particularly appreciating its cool, refreshing water which offers a welcome respite during hot weather. Guests have also mentioned that the pool area can provide clean towels, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of their swimming experience.
However, there are several concerns regarding the upkeep and cleanliness of the pool. Reviewers frequently pointed out that the pool and its surroundings are not consistently maintained or cleaned with some describing the water as dirty or comparing it to a pond. Additionally, there are mentions of the pool area being disorganized and not thoroughly cleaned. The small size of the pool, which can be limiting especially given the number of guests at the hotel, is also noted by several visitors.
Despite these drawbacks, the pool remains a notable amenity for guests, offering a refreshing spot to relax, especially during the warmer days. Keeping up with regular maintenance and cleanliness could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
