Unfortunately, some guests couldn't enjoy the pool due to time limitations, while others had to miss out on the experience altogether because of Covid-19 restrictions. Moreover, the pool was cold and the hotel didn't have towels available for guests to use. There were also some glitches with the spa jets not working, but the water was still soothing.
