The first parts of the building were built in the XVII century. It has been a palace, a high school and later became a typography and book binding factory.

Yes. It is located in the old town.

The restoration started in 2016 and the the building was fully refurbished at the beginning of 2018.

Yes, the main structure of the building was kept, most of the ceilings are painted, and there are several references to the previous factory (e.g.: old machines in the lobby, old books in most of the apartments, etc)
