Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Mirante Bela Vista in Niterói is praised for its exceptional location, offering stunning panoramic views and convenient access to local attractions, including beautiful beaches like Camboinhas. The well-maintained surroundings and ease of navigation make it an appealing option for visitors seeking good value in Niterói. However, the absence of a breakfast service is noted as a significant shortfall, with guests expressing a desire for its return to enhance the overall experience. While the venue’s surroundings captivate visitors, potential guests are advised to plan their meals and beverages accordingly.
Regarding accommodations, experiences vary. Some rooms receive commendations for their spaciousness, cleanliness, and comfort, featuring amenities such as air conditioning and a TV with Netflix. Unfortunately, other reviews highlight small room spaces, maintenance issues, inadequate water pressure, and inconsistent cleanliness. Negative aspects include dusty furniture, minimal lighting, and bathroom floors prone to getting wet due to the lack of proper shower enclosures.
Cleanliness overall is highlighted as an area needing improvement, with reports of moldy smells, dusty furniture, and outdoor debris detracting from the quality of the stay. Maintenance issues, such as dirty bathroom tiles and neglected air conditioning vents, were frequently noted.
Staff interactions are mixed, with many guests appreciating the warm and attentive service provided by the owner and manager. However, some report colder or less supportive interactions with other staff members. This variability in service quality suggests room for improvement in ensuring a consistently friendly and supportive guest experience.
The bedding at Mirante Bela Vista also receives varied feedback. While some appreciate the air conditioning and found mattresses adequate, others criticize them as hard and uncomfortable, with issues like broken boards affecting sleep quality. These bedding concerns indicate opportunities for enhancement to better meet guest comfort expectations.
Overall, Mirante Bela Vista excels in location and has potential in customer service, but improvements are necessary in amenities, room quality, and cleanliness to ensure a consistently positive guest experience.
