Lotrinský Hotel boasts nicely furnished rooms and amenities that align well with the expectations of a four-star establishment. Guests have noted, however, that the level of service and professionalism from the staff falls short of what one would anticipate from a luxury hotel. Breakfast has been a recurring point of critique with many feeling it lacks the variety and quality typically associated with a four-star rating. The selection and quality of breakfast items, such as smoothies, specialty breads, pastries and fruits, leave room for improvement. While the hotel maintains strong facilities, the dining experience, particularly during breakfast, could greatly benefit from enhancements to meet guest expectations for a four-star rating. Additionally, the absence of air conditioning in the rooms has been pointed out as an area where the hotel could upgrade to better align with its star rating. Overall, more consistent service and a richer culinary experience would elevate the hotel's rating significantly.
