The pool area is very clean and offers a nice way to start the day. However, some guests have mentioned that the pool water and jacuzzi pool were freezing, while others mentioned that the temperature of the pool was a bit cold. Moreover, the availability of loungers and chairs in the pool area was insufficient. Nonetheless, the pool and leisure facility staff were excellent and friendly. The hotel also offers secure parking and great spa facilities. Most guests enjoyed the location of the hotel, which was great for attending school games. Unfortunately, dinner was only served as a buffet and some guests have suggested that the food wasn't always hot. However, the overall consensus is that the pool and leisure facilities were excellent and a significant drawcard for guests booking this hotel. Show more
