While some guests praised the fantastic pool facilities, others found the glass around the pool to be absolutely disgusting and the environment to have a leisure centre feel. The vending machine and lockers were also reportedly out of order and the cues for the pool table were missing. Breakfast also lacked quality service and toast, which never arrived. However, the indoor pool and gym were noted as some of the best on site and the kids swimming pool with its tube slide was fantastic. All in all, while the pool facilities may not be perfect at Cameron House, the staff and facilities elsewhere in the hotel received high marks from guests.
