Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The pool and wellness area at the Radisson Blu Senator Hotel in Lübeck receives mixed feedback. On the positive side, guests frequently describe the pool and sauna facilities as great, beautiful and inviting. They appreciated the convenience of a direct elevator to the pool area, which is well-maintained and clean. The pool itself is often highlighted as delightful and enjoyable, providing a lovely spot to relax after a long day. Many guests found the pool and spa area cozy and relaxing with some noting the convenience of being able to use the facilities until 10:00 pm, which was perfect for their schedules.
However, some aspects of the wellness area drew criticism. The pool was regularly described as too small for swimming laps with some guests finding it overcrowded during their stay. The temperature of the pool water was a significant concern with numerous mentions of it being too cold or poorly balanced. Additionally, the sauna facilities were occasionally noted as not well-maintained and the overall size of the wellness area was considered insufficient for the large hotel.
Despite these drawbacks, many guests enjoyed the opportunity to have a swim in the morning before breakfast and found the wellness offers, including the sauna and steam room, satisfactory. The pool's welcoming and serene environment often made up for its size and temperature issues, providing a generally pleasant experience for visitors seeking relaxation.
