Art Hotel offers a mixed experience when it comes to its self-proclaimed 4-star rating. Some guests appreciated the facilities, considering them nice and typical of a 4-star establishment. The service also received positive remarks for being good and up to the expected standard. Additionally, the hotel provides a peaceful atmosphere as you can't hear anything from neighboring rooms and it boasts pleasant views over the sea and hills.
However, a number of guests expressed disappointment, feeling that the hotel falls short of a true 4-star standard. They noted a limited selection of amenities and services that did not align with the expectations for a 4-star hotel. The price-quality ratio was also a point of contention, leading some to advise against considering it as a genuine 4-star experience.
Overall, while Art Hotel has certain aspects that align with a 4-star rating, inconsistencies in service quality and amenities may leave some guests feeling that it does not fully meet the mark.
