The Ubumwe Grande Hotel in Kigali is a highly recommended hotel for travelers looking for a comfortable and modern stay with exceptional service. The hotel's location is perfect for city exploration, shopping and relaxation with stunning city views from the rooms and rooftop pool. The breakfast is diverse and well-presented with interesting African embellishments and the staff is outstanding, super-friendly and carefully attentive to guests' needs. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern with amazing views of the city hills and the hotel's dedication to cleanliness is exceptional. While there were some instances of dishonesty from some staff, guests were pleased with the polite and respectful service provided by the hotel staff.
