Despite this, many guests thoroughly enjoyed their spa experience, especially those who had a great massage. The indoor pool and fitness room were closed at 7 pm as well, which may have been a letdown for some. Nonetheless, the relaxation and spa facilities were top-notch with guests recommending the spa to others. The only other minor issues were with the quality of some consumables and plastic materials that were not up-to-date in terms of durability. Overall, while there were some downsides to the spa facilities, the Excelsior Hotel Gallia still provides a pleasant and enjoyable spa experience for its guests.
