The staff are highly professional, friendly and go above and beyond to ensure guests are happy. The location is perfect with wonderful views and the organization of the hotel is top-notch. The hotel has excellent facilities including a spa and convention center. The food is superb and the service is outstanding. However, some guests were disappointed with the lack of carpet on the floors in the rooms and the poor internet connection. Despite these minor issues, the majority of guests highly recommend this hotel and rate it as excellent.
