Grand Hotel Zell am See is a highly recommended hotel by guests. It is dubbed as the best hotel in the Alps. The hotel boasts of excellent facilities and services. Its location provides a good view of the lake. Although one guest complained of being woken up by the bin lorry, the hotel staff addressed the issue. The breakfast is average, but still good enough. Some staff members may need to improve their service skills. However, the hotel's excellent service is overshadowed by one disrespectful housekeeper on the second floor.
