The leisure facilities are high quality and very clean. The pool is a great bonus and is described as amazing, lovely and nice by guests. However, some guests were disappointed with the limited use of the pool, which was only available during restricted timings. Additionally, some guests found the extra charges for pool use frustrating, especially if they had paid for spa treatments. Unfortunately, the pool was unavailable at times, which left some guests disappointed. However, when it was open, guests made the most of it, especially in the summer. Families with children particularly enjoyed the pool, which was perfect for a heatwave.
