However, be aware that the outdoor spa pool may not offer the luxury experience you're expecting, as some guests report having an unsightly view of building sites. The hotel boasts three great swimming pools, but only offers two time slots a day to use them, which may be frustrating for families with young children. The outdoor infinity heated pool is particularly impressive, but some guests found it to be too cold for comfort. Sunbed availability can be a problem with guests reserving them with towels and books for hours at a time, leaving half of them empty. A lack of poolside service means you'll have to get up to order drinks yourself and some guests have voiced frustration at the disconnect between hotel guests paying top prices and membership guests who use the facilities daily. While the pools themselves are lovely, there may not be enough seating options for comfort outside of the pool area. Families with young children should be aware that pool usage times are limited. Overall, if you're after an outdoor swim, the amazing natural pond and outdoor pool are not to be missed.
