While some pools were heated just right, others were too cold or had falling ceramics. Despite this, the pool and beach areas are generally beautiful with fantastic views, especially from the infinity pool. It is worth noting that some guests found the "private pool" option to be less private than advertised. Although some guests experienced slow service at the pool and found the adult pool unwelcoming, the hotel overall is an excellent location with a lovely beach area and is suitable for families with children or couples looking for peace and relaxation.
