Although the resort has several restaurants and bars, they can be expensive. Guests can also enjoy sightings of monkeys, flying dragons and tukans on the resort's beautiful grounds. However, some guests had issues with communication and service, especially around the pool and beach area. Additionally, some guests reported issues with worn-out lounges and animals entering their rooms through gaps under the doors. Despite these issues, most guests loved the resort surroundings, including the lovely forest and beach areas.
