The pool at Holiday Inn Lübeck by IHG, garners generally positive feedback from guests who appreciate its inclusion as a feature of the hotel. Many describe the pool as beautiful, nice and well-maintained with a peaceful atmosphere that enhances the relaxation experience. Families particularly enjoy the pool with children finding it entertaining and fun.
The pool area is complemented by sauna facilities, which guests have also found to be great, enhancing the overall spa-like ambiance. The pool is indoor, adding the convenience of usage regardless of weather conditions and it stays open until late in the evening, which many guests find convenient.
However, some practical concerns arise from the reviews. The water temperature is frequently mentioned as being on the colder side and this has affected the comfort level for several guests. There are also mentions of the pool being crowded at times, which can detract from the serene experience. The pool's location in the basement and the sometimes dark ambiance of the area are noted by some guests.
In conclusion, the pool at this hotel is a valued feature, especially for families, but considerations about water temperature and crowded periods are notable points for improvement.
