Many guests enjoyed chilling in the pool and the spa, finding them lovely and well-maintained. Families and kids loved splashing around and there is even home-made food available at decent prices. However, some guests were unable to enjoy the pool and spa due to illnesses or a lack of time. Others found the presence of noisy kids on occasion to be a drawback to the spa experience. Nevertheless, the pool, sauna and jacuzzi were all highly regarded and having friendly staff and plenty of free parking only added to the positive experience.

The staff were observed to be constantly cleaning around the pool, but one guest noted an out of order poolside shower. Some guests were unable to try the pool due to various reasons, such as cold pool area, murky appearance or no available masseuse. Despite these mixed opinions, guests still found the stay to be nice, especially when coupled with some pool time on a rainy evening.
