Despite the occasional problem, overall the pool was considered a nice feature of the hotel. However, it is worth noting that children are only allowed in the pool at specific times.

Unfortunately, the pool was unavailable at times, which left some guests disappointed. However, when it was open, guests made the most of it, especially in the summer. Families with children particularly enjoyed the pool, which was perfect for a heatwave. Overall, while not cheap and not quite 5-star worthy, the Whitethorn Bed and Breakfast is a small country hotel with excellent breakfast and a swimming pool to die for.
